Y'all! I am so fkn relieved Rn. The lad wants KFC!
Our kiddo (12) has been extremely sick, head cold for a over a week, then seemed to came good for a day, then got really sick heavy chest, stopped eating, barely drinking, and started vomiting. We were at Doctors Wednesday arvo, antibiotics, hydrolyte, anti nausea meds.
We then took him in to ER Thursday morning, was in all day, put on drip, tests revealed mild Pneumonia, home late (am) that night.
Since then he has only been able to have small sips of water, or he vom. zero food. Still vom randomly. So we've had 4 solid days of begging him to have sips of water, while he's had extream nausea. This morning from 530 Ive been mentally organising for others I care for, showered etc started getting to leave to go to hospital again, and he's awake properly for the first time in days, this is now like 7ish and his voice is literally so shaky, but he's like I think I could eat some KFC 😭😭😭 maaaate! What ever you want!
They don't open till 11 tho, so he had some pasta with grated cheese - three mouthfuls, and a shot of chocolate soy milk! Soooo relieved. This was heavy af. Were not all sunshine and rainbows yet, but fk *exhales*
**I avoid/boycott the companies that support Gcide, and kfc/'Collins food' are not companies I want to support)
