It's a lil nippy y'all!! True Autumn feels all around, here on Gubby Gubby country. The great slowing down. The warm sunny days and cold longer nights. It felt full overcast when I woke up at 5, by the time I got up it was clearing up, and now, . . . Not a cloud in the sky ☺️
My week, 🪼just going with the flow, feel like I'm just completely surrendering to the current.
We started off with a major emotional rupture and crisis point for a family member. That changed all our plans for the week and affected us all emotionally.
This then presented as transference and autistic flare in me personally for the next few days. I was able to connect with some lovely humans and earth out, while experiencing the privilege of a garden tour. So nourishing. When I arrived I could barely string sentences together, as that's how my flare ups present, as diminished cognition. By the time I left, I felt so much lighter and clearer,...and with a gifts of cuttings, plants, and home produce 🥹🥰
We have had, well almost, had a week without rain!! Again it feels so sooo odd to praise lack of rain, and it's almost surreal to feel this privilege. I feel my connection to the Dungibara Country where I grew up, at this time of year. the warm temperate climate was always very dry through the cooler months.
This week's beautiful weather means I've been finally able to get out and work in the CubbyHouse consistently.

I've started in the least overwhelming section, with cataloguing the totems, pricing and loading photos into a sale albums on FB, marketplace, and here on our website (cart is still disabled).
The idea was just to clean them up and load them “as is”, and move, move, move, them.
Clear.Them.Out!
Ruthlessly.

There are some serious bangers in there!! It's like, ok, maybe I should keep this one as display stock? Y'know....to have pimpy backgrounds in photos…..that's valid right????
Next up is the 130mm pots, and Im looking forward to this because there should be a heap I can GIVE AWAY 🥳 Not because they are in poor condition or anything, but because they are easily propagated and abundant, I want them to mover Supa quickly. I will list these in separate album, keep an eye out.
Then after that we have the ‘Sea of Spaghetti Bois’. Not looking forward to this at all. This is all the really leggy Bois that aren't totemed, just all intertangled mess. Much the overwhelm! and with the cooler weather, I won't even be able to propagating the cuttings as I just don't have the capacity to look after them, so again, keep an eye out if you keen for freebies. These will most likely be cut down to leafless stems with 2-4 nodes.
