It's fucking hot and almost muggy here on Gubbi Gubbi Country. Clear sky, really great weather!
The weather is so nice, and my offspring has finished school for the year. We should be loving life and planning happy times.
Instead I'm stressed out and busy all the time. I'm still weeping about moving house but now im also so angry about it. The time that's taking from us, the missed opportunities.
Why cant they, (real estate and owners), just talk to us and be honest about what's going on. We've almost perfect record (2 breaches in 12yrs. One for a dirty fan -dodgy immature agent. One for a bed in the garage - it's illegal to have a bed in a room without fire alarm, we didn't know, they could have just told us, not breached).
While selling items this week, I had this one guy pick up, I mentioned huge plant sale due to moving, and my fear around moving. He says he has a rental, and how it's hard to find good tenants bc financial based breaches and property damage. 🤬 Had to bite my tongue!
Class divide. Culture divide. Profit before people. People like that have zero empathy and see what ever we say as 'excuses' - eg family member in hospital , lawn didn't get mowed. It's so infuriating.
What am I looking forward? I don't even know. Im falling into a pit.
